Data protection is a matter of trust and your trust is important to us. We respect your privacy and personal sphere. The protection and the lawful collection, processing and use of your personal data is therefore an important concern for us. To ensure that you feel safe when visiting our website, we strictly observe the legal provisions when processing your personal data and would like to inform you here about our data collection and data use. This privacy policy only applies to our websites. If you are forwarded via links to our pages from other sites, please inform yourself there about the respective handling of your data. You can print or save this document by using the usual functionality of your internet utility (= browser: usually "File" -> "Save as").

1. Responsible authority

Responsible for the collection, processing and use of your personal data within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act is Magasino EURL (hereinafter: Magasino), represented by its Managing Director, Frank Bertenburg, 233 chemin de la Jassette, F - 34830 Clapiers, Fax: +33 (0) 9 57 50 28 82, e-mail: service@magasino.com. 2. Collection, processing and use of personal data

2.1.1 Personal data

Personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) are details of factual or personal circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. Statistical data that we collect when you visit our web shop, for example, and that cannot be directly associated with your person, are not included here. For example, these are statistics about which pages of our shop are particularly popular or how many users visit certain pages of the Magasino shop.

2.1.2 Inventory data

Your personal data (see above), insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, content design or amendment of the contractual relationship, are inventory data and are used exclusively for contract processing. For example, your name and address must be passed on to the goods supplier or logistics company for the delivery of the goods. Without your explicit consent or without legal basis your personal data will not be passed on to third parties outside the contract processing. Only by order of the competent authorities do we have to provide information about inventory data in individual cases, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, for the prevention of danger by the police authorities of the Länder, for the fulfilment of the legal tasks of the Federal and State Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or for the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

2.2 Customer account

For each customer who registers accordingly, we set up password-protected direct access to the inventory data stored by us. Here you can view data about your completed, open and recently sent orders and manage your data and the newsletter. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not to make them accessible to any unauthorised third parties. We cannot accept liability for misused passwords, unless we are responsible for the misuse. If you do not log out and do not close your browser, you will remain logged in automatically. This function allows you to use our shopping cart without having to log in again each time.

2.3 Collection, processing and use of your personal data

Data protection is very important to us. Therefore, when collecting, processing and using your personal data, we strictly adhere to the legal provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act. We collect, store and process your data for the entire processing of your purchase, including any subsequent warranties, for our services, technical administration and our own marketing purposes. Your personal data will only be passed on or otherwise transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or invoicing or if you have given your prior consent. Within the framework of order processing, for example, the service providers (such as transport companies, logistics companies, banks) used by us receive the necessary data for order and order processing. The data passed on in this way may only be used by our service providers for the fulfilment of their tasks. Any other use of the information is not permitted and will not be made by any of the service providers entrusted by us. For your order we need your correct name, address and payment data. We need your e-mail address so that we can confirm receipt of your order and communicate with you. We also use these for your identification (customer login). You will also receive your order and shipping confirmation via your e-mail address. Your personal data will be deleted if there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary and if you have asserted a claim for deletion, if the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.

2.4 Use of your data for advertising purposes

In addition to processing your data to process your purchase at Magasino, we also use your data to communicate with you about your orders, certain products or marketing campaigns and to recommend products or services that may be of interest to you. You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time, either as a whole or for individual measures, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. A message in text form to the contact data (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) mentioned under point 1 is sufficient for this.

2.5 Newsletter

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter, i.e. we will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you have expressly confirmed to us beforehand that we should activate the newsletter service. We will then send you a notification e-mail and ask you to confirm that you would like to receive our newsletter by clicking on a link contained in this e-mail. If you do not wish to receive any newsletters from us at a later date, you can object to this at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. A message in text form to the contact data (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) mentioned under point 1 is sufficient for this. Of course you will also find a unsubscribe link in every newsletter.

3. Automatic data acquisition

For technical reasons, the following data, which your Internet browser transmits to us, are collected: browser type and version - operating system used - website from which you visit us (referrer URL) - website you visit - date and time of your access - your Internet Protocol (IP) address. These anonymous data do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a certain person and are deleted after the end of your visit.

4. Information about cookies

Accepting cookies is not a prerequisite for visiting our website. However, we would like to point out that our website and service have only limited functionalities if you do not allow us to set cookies. Cookies are small files which are stored on your data carrier and which store certain settings and data for exchange with our system via your browser. Basically there are two different types of cookies, so-called session cookies (e.g. the offer of the shopping basket function over several open pages), which are deleted as soon as you close your browser and temporary/permanent cookies, which are stored on your data carrier for a longer period or indefinitely. This storage helps us to design our web pages and our offers accordingly for you and facilitates your use, for example by storing certain entries by you in such a way that you do not have to repeat them constantly. In your browser you can set that a storage of cookies is only accepted if you agree. If you only want to accept the Magasino cookies but not the cookies of our service providers and partners, you can select the setting in your browser "Block third party cookies". Usually, the help function in the menu bar of your web browser shows you how you can reject new cookies and deactivate cookies already received.

5. Log files

With each access to the pages of Magasino, usage data is transmitted through the respective Internet browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. The data records stored in this way contain the following data: Date and time of access, name of the page accessed, IP address, referrer URL (originating URL from which you accessed the website), the amount of data transferred, as well as product and version information of the browser used. The IP addresses of the users are deleted or made anonymous after the end of use. In the case of anonymisation, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that the individual information about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person, or only with a disproportionately large expenditure of time, cost and manpower. We evaluate these log file data records in anonymous form in order to further improve our offer and the Magasino shop and to make it more user-friendly, to find and correct errors more quickly and to control server capacities. For example, you can find out when the Magasino shop is particularly popular and provide the necessary data volume to ensure the fastest possible purchase. In addition, by analyzing the log files, we can detect and correct any errors in the Magasino Shop more quickly.

6. WebAnalysis

6.1 Google Analytics

We use the web analysis service Google Analytics of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). You can find the link to Google's current data protection declaration at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=uk&hl=en Data processing serves the purpose of analysing this website and its visitors. For this purpose, Google will use the information obtained on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide the website operator with further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is re-gel transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation is activated on this website. As a result, Google's IP address within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area will be reduced beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Your data may be transferred to the USA. The European Commission has passed an adequacy resolution for data transfers to the USA. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) letter f DSGVO from the legitimate interest in the demand-oriented and targeted design of the website. For reasons arising from your particular situation, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate technical settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link[https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en]. You can set an opt-out cookie to prevent collection by Google Analytics across devices. Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when you visit this website. You need to opt-out on all systems and devices in use for this to work comprehensively. If you click here, the opt-out cookie will be set: Disable Google Analytics [https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en]. For more information on terms of use and data protection, please visit https://policies.google.com/?hl=en&gl=en.

6.2 Use of Google Adwords Conversion-Tracking

We use the online advertising program "Google AdWords" on our website and in this context conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). The Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). You can find the link to Google's current privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/?hl=en&gl=en When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is stored on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our site and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we may recognize that you clicked on the ad and were directed to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that it is not possible to track cookies on the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics. This tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information that personally identifies users. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO from the legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the analysis of the effect and efficiency of this advertising. For reasons arising from your particular situation, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO. You can prevent cookies from being saved by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. They are then not included in the conversion tracking statistics. You can also disable personalized advertising for you in Google's advertising preferences. Instructions can be found at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en. In addition, you can disable the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the deactivation page of the Network Advertising Initiative at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implementing the additional opt-out information described there. For more information and Google's privacy policy, please visit: https://policies.google.com/?hl=en&gl=en

6.3 affilinet

For the online marketing of products we use the affiliate program of affilinet GmbH, Sapporobogen 6-8, D - 80637 Munich. You can find the link to the current data protection declaration of affilinet GmbH here https://www.affili.net/uk/about-affilinet/data-privacy-compliance Affilinet is a German affiliate network that offers affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is an Internet-supported form of distribution that enables commercial operators of Internet sites, so-called merchants or advertisers, to display advertisements, which are usually remunerated via click or sale commissions, on the Internet sites of third parties, i.e. sales partners who are also called affiliates or publishers. The merchant provides an advertising medium via the affiliate network, i.e. an advertising banner or other suitable means of Internet advertising, which are subsequently integrated into an affiliate's own Internet pages or advertised via other channels, such as keyword advertising or e-mail marketing. Affilinet places a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. What cookies are has already been explained above. Affilinet's tracking cookie does not store any personal data. Only the identification number of the affiliate, i.e. the partner referring potential customers, as well as the order number of the visitor of a website and the clicked advertising material are stored. The purpose of storing this data is to process commission payments between a merchant and the affiliate, which are processed via the affiliate network, i.e. Affilinet. The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time, as already described above, by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Affilinet from placing a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. In addition, cookies already set by Affilinet can be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. The link to affilinet GmbH's current data protection declaration can be found here https://www.affili.net/uk/about-affilinet/data-privacy-compliance

6.4 Buyer's seal rating system

We use the TRUSTED SHOPS buyer seal rating system, this rating system is a registered trademark and is operated by Trusted Shops GmbH, Colonius Carré Subbelrather Straße 15c, D - 50823 Köln. The link to the privacy policy of Trusted Shops GmbH can be found here https://www.trustedshops.eu/legal-notice-privacy.html. After your order we would like to ask you to evaluate and comment on your purchase with us. For this purpose you will be contacted by us within the scope of contract processing, whereby we make use of the technical system of the provider of the buyer seal evaluation tool within the scope of order processing. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO from the legitimate interest in truthful, verified assessments of our services. For reasons arising from your particular situation, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO by notifying us. Your e-mail address will only be used for this purpose and in particular not for further advertising and will not be passed on to other third parties. The personal data stored in the technical system of the buyer seal evaluation tool in this connection will be deleted 3 months after the goods delivery recorded for evaluation.

7. Social Plugins

Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") from social networks. With the help of these plugins you can, for example, share content or recommend products. These plugins are disabled by default on magasino.com and therefore do not send any data. By clicking on the "FOLLOW US ON FACEBOOK" button, for example, you can activate plug-ins. This then activated plugin can of course be deactivated again with one click. If this plugin is activated, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network as soon as you visit a website on our website. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from the social network to your browser and integrated into the website. By integrating the plugins, the social network receives the information that you have called up the corresponding page of our Internet presence. If you are logged in to the social network, it can assign the visit to your account. If you interact with the plugin, for example by clicking the Facebook "I like" button or making a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to the social network and stored there. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by social networks as well as your relevant rights and setting options for the protection of your privacy can be found in the data protection information of the respective networks or websites. You will find the links below. Even if you are not logged in to the social networks, data can be sent to the networks from websites with active social plug-ins. With an active plugin, a cookie with an identifier is set each time the website is called. Since your browser sends this cookie with every connection to a network server without being asked, the network could in principle create a profile of which websites the user belonging to the identification has called. And it would then also be quite possible to assign this identifier to a person again later - for example when logging on to the social network later. On our websites we use the following plugins: Facebook, Twitter, Pin-terest Google+. If you do not want social networks to collect data about you via active plug-ins, you can either simply deactivate the social plug-ins by clicking on our websites or select the "Block third-party cookies" function in your browser settings. In this case, the browser does not send cookies to the server for embedded content from other providers. With this setting, however, other cross-page functions may no longer work in addition to the plugins.

7.1 Facebook

We use plugins of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook").
